Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining both physical and digital records.
- Support team projects by handling logistical tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms or distributing materials.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

Work Environment:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, OT as needed.
