About the Role :
We're seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee all equipment and facility maintenance at our Piedmont, SC paper converting facility. As a key member of our team, you'll lead and develop a team, manage projects, and ensure our machinery runs smoothly.
Responsibilities :
Supervise a team of 4 maintenance technicians.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
Analyze maintenance data and identify trends.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime.
Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
Qualifications :
3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic knowledge.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Experience with PLC systems.
