Job Responsibilities:
✔ Create and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state and school standards.
✔ Foster a positive and structured classroom environment to support young learners.
✔ Utilize interactive and hands-on teaching methods to enhance student learning.
✔ Assess student progress through formative and summative assessments and maintain records.
✔ Promote social, emotional, and academic development of each child.
✔ Work collaboratively with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student success.
✔ Implement classroom management strategies that encourage positive behavior and self-regulation.
✔ Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
✔ Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
✔ Valid teaching certification (preferred).
✔ Experience working with Kindergarten students in an educational setting.
✔ Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
✔ Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and staff.
✔ Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to student success.
