We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team and provide high-quality early childhood education.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
✔ Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment for preschool students.
✔ Use interactive, play-based learning methods to encourage curiosity and creativity.
✔ Support children in developing early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills.
✔ Assess and document student progress through observations, portfolios, and informal assessments.
✔ Collaborate with parents, staff, and administration to support each child's development.
✔ Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting classroom environment.
✔ Encourage positive behavior and social interactions through structured classroom management techniques.
✔ Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✔ Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (CDA certification accepted).
✔ Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational or childcare setting.
✔ Strong understanding of early childhood development and best teaching practices.
✔ Ability to create a fun, engaging, and structured learning environment.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, parents, and staff.
✔ CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
✔ Passion for early childhood education and commitment to fostering student success.
