Description
- Assist Enterprise Sales Executives with sales, support and production needs for Enterprise Key and Target accounts
- Identify and coordinate sales growth opportunities for direct accounts, as well as assisting Strategic Sales Executives, in all product Domains (Wide Format, Promotional Products, Storefront, Mail); coordinate target client growth opportunities in conjunction with Domain Experts
- Serve as the single point of contact for Client projects, including pricing, project troubleshooting and Client support
- Understand the workflow, reporting and service level agreements for ongoing program work for Enterprise Clients
- Recommend and implement new processes and procedures to gain efficiencies for the Client and production
- Attend Client meetings to support the Enterprise Sales team when necessary
- Aide in the preparation for Client meetings including: Preparing presentation documentation, taking meeting minutes and tracking action item completion
- Provide back-up to the Enterprise Sales executives in their absence
- Work closely with Sales and Client Service Representatives (CSRs) on all facets of job order processing including: schedule approval, monitoring and management of client due date, production notes, sample and delivery information, mailing instructions, press OK’s, mock-up requests ect.
- Coordinate and assist with efforts to build and maintain eCRM for the Sales organization
- Schedule Pre-production meetings with the appropriate individuals when necessary
- Communicate effectively with the CSR to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all production orders
- Assist with estimate requests as needed
- Improve Client relationships by managing Client questions/concerns and obtaining missing information with speed and professionalism
- Assist sales in problem-solving on behalf of Clients and fulfilling Client requests including billing discrepancies and production issues.
- Work closely with production, assist in the preparation of detailed production estimates (RFQs) and timelines for Client review.
- Participate as a team member by providing ideas, backup support and cross training that facilities improved quality and efficiencies
- Host Clients for press OK’s as required
- Maintain e-mails and all Client records in an organized and easily retrievable manner
- Negotiate production schedules and communicate as needed
- Work effectively in a deadline driven environment
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work effectively
- Must be able to accurately articulate instructions both vernally and in written form
Must be self-motivated and able to effectively work independently
Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
Experience In: 5 years’ experience in related field
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge and understanding of printing, mailing, bindery, wide format , promotional and storefront processes
- Must possess strong problem solving/decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with Clients and anticipate their needs
Technical Skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectivity and accurately
- Direct experience using a PC computer as it relates to word processing and spreadsheets.
- Able to learn new software packages as required.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Proficient in basic math applications

Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, climb or kneel as required
- Must have visual acuity necessary to read material composed on video display terminals.
- Must have the ability to move from place to place within the building.
- Must be able to complete repetitive motion of hands and arms to input/retrieve information from computer.
- Must be able to bend/reach to get materials from floor, high and low shelves.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 20 lbs., such as print materials, paper samples, etc.

Due the nature of print and print Client needs, problem solving and decision making during the sales and print process is necessary on a regular basis.
