Description
We are seeking an Inserter Operator to join our team! You will help responsible to set up, operate, and troubleshoot mail sorting machines and other sorting equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Read, interpret, and understand the work order completely.
- Maintain productivity on machine.
- Deliver a quality product while meeting all production deadlines.
- Responsible for minor maintenance of equipment.
- Prepare inserter per job specifications.
- Load materials, clear jams and other simple malfunctions as needed.
- Sort mail in accordance with USPS specifications.
- Maintain good housekeeping in work area.
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 3 years of previous lettershop operator experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Quality-conscious and metrics driven.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 pounds.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
Salary : $17 - $22
