Southeastern Regional High School is seeking dedicated and passionate Boys Lacrosse JV coaches to support the head coach in building a competitive and inclusive high school athletics program. These positions play a vital role in fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship among coaches, players, and their families.
Position Overview:
Boys Lacrosse JV coaches will work under the direction of the head coach, assisting in all aspects of program development and execution. The ideal candidates will be committed to student-athlete growth, both on and off the field, and will contribute to creating a positive and competitive environment for players.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the academic progress of student-athletes, reinforcing the importance of education.
Assist in developing a strong, competitive softball program that strives for excellence.
Instill a culture of discipline, hard work, and preparation to promote success.
Represent Southeastern Regional High School with integrity and foster a positive image within the community.
Encourage broad participation among students, faculty, staff, and the wider school community.
Develop student-athletes into responsible citizens by teaching life skills through sports.
Qualifications & Skills:
A strong understanding of the structure and operation of an interscholastic athletic program.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A commitment to obtaining MIAA Coaches Education Certification before or during the first season.
CPR certification from the American Red Cross (or an equivalent provider) required.
