Girls Sub Varsity Softball

Southeastern Regional High School is seeking dedicated and passionate JV and Freshman softball coaches to support the head coach in building a competitive and inclusive high school athletics program. These positions play a vital role in fostering a culture of respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship among coaches, players, and their families. Position Overview: The JV and Freshman softball coaches will work under the direction of the head coach, assisting in all aspects of program development and execution. The ideal candidates will be committed to student-athlete growth, both on and off the field, and will contribute to creating a positive and competitive environment for players. Key Responsibilities:

Support the academic progress of student-athletes, reinforcing the importance of education.

Assist in developing a strong, competitive softball program that strives for excellence.

Instill a culture of discipline, hard work, and preparation to promote success.

Represent Southeastern Regional High School with integrity and foster a positive image within the community.

Encourage broad participation among students, faculty, staff, and the wider school community.

Develop student-athletes into responsible citizens by teaching life skills through sports. Qualifications & Skills: A strong understanding of the structure and operation of an interscholastic athletic program. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A commitment to obtaining MIAA Coaches Education Certification before or during the first season. CPR certification from the American Red Cross (or an equivalent provider) required.
