Job Overview:
Anybody with previous electrical experience or knowledge is encouraged to apply. If you are not in a low voltage field or have any prior experience, you may still apply for our apprenticeship position. Security Installation Technician Apprentice is a position where you are paid to learn and hands-on train with the equipment.
Security Installation Technician Apprentice - Assist and practice in the prewire, rough in and device installation of commercial surveillance, access control, video intercom, burglar, and fire alarm systems.
Job requirements:
- Provide your own transportation to and from job site.
- Able to work on your feet all day and on ladders and lifts as necessary.
- Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with co-workers, other trades, and general contractors.
Compensation and Company Benefits:
- Starting pay $15.00 per hr.

Security Installation Technician Level 1 - Proficient in the prewire, rough in and device installation of commercial surveillance, access control, video intercom, burglar and fire alarm systems.
Assist and practice with the installation of above system head end equipment and system programming.
Job requirements:
- Provide your own hand tools.
- Able to work on your feet all day and on ladders and lifts as necessary.
- Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with co-workers, other trades, and general contractors.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with clients.

- Starting pay $16.00 - $19.00 per hr.

Security Installation Technician Level 2 - Proficient in the prewire, rough in and device installation of commercial surveillance, access control, video intercom, burglar and fire alarm systems.
Assist and practice with all system programming, testing, and commissioning.
Assist and practice in the onsite management of installation crews.
Job requirements:
- At least 2 years of industry experience.
- Provide your own hand tools.
- Able to work on your feet all day and on ladders and lifts as necessary.
- Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with co-workers, other trades, and general contractors.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Compensation and Company Benefits:
- Starting pay $20.00 - $25.00 per hr.

Security Installation Technician Level 3 - Proficient with the prewire and rough in of surveillance, access control, video intercom, burglar and fire alarm systems.
Proficient with the installation of all system head end equipment.
Proficient with the programming, testing, and commissioning of all systems.
Proficient in the leading, managing, and training of installation teams.
Proficient with end user training of various systems.
Job requirements:
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Provide your own hand tools.
- Able to work on your feet all day and on ladders and lifts as necessary.
- Hardworking, dependable, and eager to learn.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with co-workers, other trades, and general contractors.
- Able to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
Compensation and Company Benefits:
- Starting pay $26.00 - $34.00 per hr.
- Eligible for health insurance after first 3 months of employment

Pay: $16.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
