Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 10 Hour day, Day Shift

Join SEVCA’s Weatherization Team for a career in Energy Conservation, installing energy-saving measures in homes of low-income residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install insulation, weather stripping, and other energy-saving materials
- Seal air leaks around doors, windows, and ductwork
- Operate tools and equipment necessary for weatherization work
- Maintain a safe and clean job site
- Follow all company safety protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in weatherization, insulation, or general construction preferred
- Understanding of basic carpentry and home improvement practices
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics, crawlspaces, and basements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Climbing ladders and working at heights may be required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
