Job Summary
The Material Handler for Syringe Bag Kits plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials necessary for the production of needle bag kits. This position involves receiving, storing, and distributing materials while maintaining a high level of organization and safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all materials are accounted for and readily available for pharmacy needs. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with various departments to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency. Ultimately, the Material Handler will contribute to the overall success of the production process by ensuring that all materials are handled with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and distribute syringe bag kits as needed.
- Inspect completed syringe kits for quality and accuracy.
- Organize and store materials in designated areas to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Manage supplies needed for making syringe bag kits.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in material handling.
- Strong organizational abilities, which are essential for managing materials and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Communication skills will facilitate collaboration with team members and other departments.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 20 lbs and move materials safely.
- Physical stamina and strength are necessary for lifting and moving materials throughout the day.
