Vehicle Exchange Program Coordinator

We’re looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual to grow with our Vehicle Exchange Program. In this role, you’ll coordinate seamless vehicle exchanges, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities to maximize production. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly while they wait for their vehicle to be serviced, engaging them in friendly conversation to understand their needs and assess their interest in upgrading their vehicle. 
- Highlight the benefits and features of newer vehicle models to spark curiosity and encourage upgrades, ensuring a personalized and enticing approach. 
- Seamlessly connect interested customers with experienced sales representatives to discuss options and finalize potential upgrades, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional service. 

Qualities We’re Seeking:

- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a knack for taking initiative. 
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Prior sales experience is a plus!
