Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscape Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing and maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our clients' landscapes. The Landscape Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilization.
- Execute tree care tasks such as pruning and planting.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to maintain cleanliness and order in outdoor spaces.
- Carry out regular landscape maintenance tasks to uphold the quality of client properties.
Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with tree care, lawn care techniques, digging methods, groundskeeping practices, landscape design principles, and irrigation systems is advantageous.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
- Must possess good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
