Minimum Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Des Arc, AR
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Certification in nursing administration or leadership
