Teaching and Clinical Experience: Southern Adventist University seeks a qualified and experienced Nursing Clinical Instructor to join our faculty as an Adjunct Faculty member. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in nursing or higher, an active RN license in Tennessee, and a minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, preferably in OB.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising nursing students during clinical rotations, providing guidance and support to help them develop their clinical skills, and evaluating student performance. You will work closely with healthcare facility staff to ensure students meet clinical learning objectives and maintain high standards of patient care. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent teaching and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
