We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant.
They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the front office responsibilities are taken care of. The tasks of the office administrator will include data entry, customer service, directing phone calls. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s office and contributes in handling everyday administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
- Answering the front door for accepting deliveries
- Data entry for parts delivered
- Answering and directing phone calls to upper management
- Manage emails and tasks assigned by upper management
- Making sure all paperwork is correctly filled out and signed by technicians
- File away work order packages and other pertinent documents as needed
- Assist other colleagues whenever necessary
Skills
- Must be able to lift at min. 20lbs.
- Must be detailed orientated.
- Familiarity with office tasks such as computer work, filing, answering phone calls and customer service.
- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (Ex: Word, Excel, Outlook)
Requirements
- Previous customer service/front desk experience

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
