Job Description : TheService and installation Plumber / Pipe Fitter performs various duties in commercial or public buildings, including installation and repair.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Maintain and repair a wide variety of water heater, tankless & filtration systems installation and retrofit, drain, sewer, water, and gas line installation.
Perform routine inspections on all types of plumbing systems.
Provide guidance, training, and direction to Apprentices / Helpers working with you.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Experience preferred in troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing waste and water distribution systems or an equivalent combination of vocational training and experience.
A Journeyman or Master Plumbers License is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history).

Pay range $16-$40 (depending on experience and or education)

Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment.
Experience in providing quality, professional customer-related services.
Ability to work and communicate effectively individually and in a team environment.
Ability to handle disruptions in stride with professionalism.
Ability to work independently in a commercial setting.
