JOB DESCRIPTION: On Demand Marketing Manager
FLSA STAUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: VP of Marketing
The Surf On Demand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s customer acquisition, customer relationship management, and brand strategies. You will enhance customer engagement and conversion, increase customer lifetime value, and improve retention through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Creation and management of digital acquisition, including targeted ads on Facebook/Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital ads channels.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer journey and retention.
- Segment customer databases for personalized marketing efforts.
- Create and manage email, SMS, and push note marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Coordinate with partners for lead acquisition and customer experience
- Develop engaging brand content that communicates the company’s story
- Analyze customer data to drive actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with other marketing functions to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
- Other duties as assigned by Upper Leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in Acquisition and/or CRM marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency in digital advertising channels (i.e. Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing tools (i.e. Hubspot).
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated; able to work and meet deadlines under minimal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task in an extremely high-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively in team environment and individually.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree
Miscellaneous Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Computer, office equipment, phone skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
- Ability to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays.
- Ability to pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen as required by company and/or airline regulations.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.
- Available for occasional overnight travel
