Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to develop cost estimates and project proposals for commercial water features.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Prepare accurate bids, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and client requirements to identify key cost factors.
- Assist in developing budgets and schedules to support project delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide insights into industry trends and innovative materials to enhance project outcomes.
- Participate in project site visits to gather data and ensure alignment with estimates.

Qualifications:
