Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and customers. Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a calm and empathetic manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software.
