This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation attorney to work with high-profile clients in various industries and be part of a forward-thinking legal practice.Responsibilities include : Represent clients in commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts.Manage all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and advise clients on potential risks and outcomes.Negotiate settlements, draft and review legal documents, and handle motion practice.Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to develop comprehensive legal strategies.Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.Maintain regular client communication and manage client expectations.Stay up to date on applicable laws, regulations, and industry trends that affect commercial disputes.Qualifications : Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active membership and good standing with the Louisiana Bar.3 years of litigation experience.Strong understanding of Louisiana state and federal civil procedures.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.Proven track record of handling complex business and commercial disputes.Ability to work independently, manage multiple cases, and collaborate within a team setting. \#ZR#J-18808-Ljbffr
