Boutique law firm with clients in healthcare among other industries seeks an attorney to handle overflow corporate work. The ideal candidate will have experience with M&A deals under $20 million and other outside counsel transactional matters.
Responsibilities :
Manage a portfolio of corporate clients
Provide legal advice on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, and employment law
Negotiate and draft contracts and other legal documents
Represent clients in corporate transactions
Manage outside counsel relationships
Qualifications :
JD from an accredited law school
3 years of experience as a corporate attorney
Strong understanding of corporate law and M&A transactions
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
