We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Specialist Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves processing various paperwork, generating invoices, filing documents with jurisdictions across several states, and supporting general office duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, have a keen eye for accuracy, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and prepare invoices for clients and internal use.
- File, organize, and submit documents with various jurisdictions in multiple states.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate records and filing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely processing of documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to paperwork and filings.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with various office duties and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clerical or document management roles is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to process and manage paperwork with attention to detail
- Familiarity with filing and submitting documents to various government jurisdictions is a plus
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
