PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB
Assists with various debit card and ATM duties in order to offer excellent customer service to our branches and customers.

- Ensures the confidentiality of customer non-public personal information and secures information systems to comply with bank regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Orders replacement Debit/ATM cards;
- Reviews new Debit card applications submitted by branches;
- Processes requests for maintenance on debit cards;
- Assists branches with transaction denials;
- Assists branches with instant issue errors;
- Performs Debit/ATM card clean up;
- Reviews reports from Client Central;
- Processes REG E check card disputes;
- Processes Single Point Corrections for non-fraud disputes and PIN disputes;
- Notify service provider of any issues requiring a service request at ATMs and ITMs;
- Reviews and approves customer request for digital wallet;
- Reviews unconfirmed fraud report and attempts to contact customers;
- Completes and performs any other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
