The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients and guests and providing them with essential information during their SSC procedure. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Contact patients regarding any insurance issues.
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
