Key Responsibilities:

- Foster a positive and respectful classroom environment.
- Set clear expectations for behavior, participation, and academic performance.
- Handle classroom dynamics effectively and provide support to students as needed.
- Regularly assess student progress through quizzes, tests, projects, and informal assessments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and their families on academic performance.
- Adjust instructional methods based on student needs and data from assessments.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, classroom activities, and any concerns.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education.
- Valid teaching certification for middle school math.
- Previous teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
