We are looking for a dynamic Purchasing, Inventory & Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities
- Source products and materials, perform online pricing research, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
- Ensure all orders, shipments, and deliveries are accurate and on time.
- Maintain inventory records and perform physical audits to ensure accuracy.
- Support field technicians by preparing tools, equipment, and materials based on job specifications.
- Handle purchasing and vendor relations, ensuring competitive pricing and reliable supply.
- Manage and maintain job schedules, providing administrative support to the CEO and field teams.
- Use QuickBooks Desktop and other business software to track customer orders, job invoices, and customer accounts.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, and assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and Smart Service/iFleet.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in varied environments (dusty, loud, and hot).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel occasionally for field-related tasks.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through the company).
