You will be responsible for logging service requests, scheduling service calls, and coordinating equipment installations. Proficiency in data entry and invoicing is also essential. You will utilize industry-specific software to streamline operations, prepare incoming equipment for installations, and collaborate with our field service technicians to provide tech assists. Understanding of computer networking is crucial, as the equipment we deal with frequently connects to customer networks.
