In this job, you'll lead environmental project intake, provide oversight of work management systems and enhancements, prepare and present analytical assessments of performance metrics, develop quality assurance and control framework for projects submitted for compliance reviews to ensure timely maintenance of electrical systems in compliance with environmental requirements. Responsibilities
- Participates in regular audits and inspections of operations areas to ensure compliance with all regulatory programs, site environmental policies, procedures and requirements of the Environmental Management System
- Evaluates new regulations and coordinates compliance plan, remaining informed of the latest environmental science subject matter and techniques
- Develops technical reports and environmental documents and procures services or materials for the administration and implementation of environmental and safety programs
- Provides high level oversite for desk-based research, fieldwork, and / or laboratory work, including measurements, data interpretation, and computer modeling
- Identifies potential safety prevention risks and recommends corrective measures
- Prepares complex data and visualizations such as soil analyses, groundwater assessments, maps, geologic cross-sections, and other illustrations
- Coordinates with and monitors operations and maintenance personnel to ensure site compliance with environmental, chemical safety, waste management, and wildlife management rules and regulations
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
