Our Principal Manager, Labor Relations will provide strategic direction on the development, recommendation and implementation of labor relations programs, processes, and policies for represented employee populations company wide. You'll provide counsel and guidance on complex and sensitive labor relations matters including internal and external union influences, contract interpretation, grievance resolution and other related labor and employment matters.

Responsibilities
- Develops and implements labor relations policies and procedures
- Develops and executes labor relations strategies in alignment with organizational goals
- Negotiates collective bargaining agreements and managing grievances and arbitrations in accordance with legal requirements
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with union representatives, fostering a collaborative working environment
- Develops, implements and communicates labor and employee relation policies, practices and strategies for the company
- Manages labor negotiations and develop strategies for bargaining and contract implementation
- Develops and delivers training programs to promote a positive and respectful work environment
- Ensures service standards of various teams are monitored and are addressed consistently and fairly by establishing performance standards, along with team member coaching, and trains to achieve appropriate levels of performance.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
