Become a Senior Project Manager - Scrum Master at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the Scrum process for multiple teams within HR and other Operating Units, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are effectively followed while delivering outcomes. You will work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

Responsibilities
- Manages activities of one or more large, mid to long-term projects with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods and outcomes.
- Develops business plans, objectives and initiatives for the organization.
- Provides inputs to organizational objectives and policies and ensures delivery of results.
- Engages regularly with senior management as a key consultant on critical business issues.
- Manages and executes HR projects, collaborates with cross-functional HR teams and sets tactical and strategic priorities.
- Takes a lead role in implementing change management strategies for HR projects, and creates communication plans and materials to engage and inform employees and stakeholders.
- Implements benefits realization, satisfaction surveys, and metrics tracking to quantify HR project ROI and value delivery.
- Implements project management reporting tools, progress dashboards, and methodologies to gain visibility into HR project health and status.
- Works closely with third-party vendors to ensure contract terms and conditions are being met as well as managing the project schedule.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
