That's why we're looking to immediately hire an experienced Escrow Officer capable of closing a minimum of 20 escrows each month, preferably with an established client book and a strong drive for professional growth. Responsibilities:
As a qualified Escrow Officer, you will:
- Manage the entire escrow closing process, from opening to closing an escrow.
- Maintain open communication with lenders, mortgage brokers, title companies, and mobile notary services to ensure a successful customer experience.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, taking a proactive approach and keeping principals informed of the status of their escrow.
- Review preliminary title reports for possible defects and liens and clear title prior to closing.
- Address inquiries from clients, sellers, buyers, agents, and lenders in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and review escrow documents.
- Review purchase contracts to ensure all information is correct.
- Balance files and perform closings, including preparing and distributing all disbursements, including wires.
- Preferred knowledge of FPS and Greenfolders software.
- Must pass DBO and EAFC background checks as per industry requirements.
Job Details:
- Job Type: Full-time.
- Experience: Escrow Officer (Required, minimum 3 years).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Key Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, excellent customer service, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, extreme dependability, effective time management skills.
Compensation:
- Starting salary: $5,000.00 plus highest commission splits in the industry.
- Signing bonus: Available for qualified candidates.
