What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Service Representative position at Southern California Eye Consultants?
We are looking for applicants who have a strong interest in providing top quality customer service to our patients. This duties include answering many patient calls, scheduling patients according to physician templates, properly checking/verifying patient information, screening calls for urgent issues to be relayed immediately to management or physician, understanding insurance cards, keeping track of appointments, medication refills and many other duties as determined by the employer.
This is a full time position with several benefits, and there is room for growth.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
