As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you’ll play a vital role in delivering primary, secondary, and tertiary care services — from conducting physical exams and diagnosing conditions to developing personalized treatment plans — all within established clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient exams, record medical histories, and make preliminary diagnoses.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, interpret results, and perform therapeutic procedures (e.g., immunizations, injections, infection management).
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients on preventive care, and prescribe medications per state guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the Chief Medical Officer and other specialists to ensure the best patient outcomes.
- Engage in staff meetings, planning sessions, and quality improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (California) and board certification.
- Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Farsi is a plus!
- Passion for community healthcare and patient education — especially in STD prevention and overall health maintenance.
