Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in Maitland, FL. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing the closing process, ensuring all real estate transactions are compliant and processed efficiently. Day-to-day tasks include handling escrow accounts, coordinating residential real estate closings, notarizing documents, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires close communication with clients, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing Closings and Escrow processes
- Certification as a Notary
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Knowledge of Residential Real Estate transactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in using escrow and real estate management software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
