Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in Melbourne FL. The Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the escrow process, including preparing and reviewing closing documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and facilitating communication between all parties involved in residential real estate transactions. The role involves handling notary duties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely closings and funding transactions. Preferably with an exisiting book of business.
Qualifications
- Proficient in managing Closings and Escrow processes
- Notary Public certification
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Experience in Residential Real Estate transactions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with real estate software and tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
