Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team at Southern Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through compassionate care and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication reminders.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients in their homes.
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Experience in home health or caregiving preferred.
- Knowledge of care plans and patient monitoring techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and families.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
