Southern Choice Properties is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to support our growing property management division. This role offers hands-on training, professional development, and a clear path to becoming a full-time Property Manager.
Position Details:
- Compensation: $400 per week salary
- Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible but consistent)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday (occasional evening/weekend availability may be needed for showings or tenant needs)
- Location: In-office with occasional fieldwork
- Real Estate License: Required OR the right candidate must be willing to obtain one within the first 6 months (company guidance provided)
What You’ll Do:
- Tenant & Client Support: Assist with leasing inquiries, schedule showings, process applications, and answer tenant questions.
- Lease & Compliance Management: Track lease agreements, renewals, and ensure accurate paperwork.
- Property Marketing: Help advertise rental properties online and update listings.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule repairs, coordinate with vendors, and follow up on service requests.
- Administrative Support: Keep property management files organized, track payments, and assist with rent collection follow-ups.
- Training & Growth: Work closely with an experienced Property Manager to gain hands-on industry experience.
Who You Are:
✔ Real Estate License Required or Willing to Obtain – This role requires a license, and we will support the right candidate in getting licensed within six months.
