Area Operations Supervisor

Basic Job Description (not all inclusive of responsibilities, just an overview)

The Area Operations Supervisor is in daily contact with the Operations Manager and the Director of Operations. This position is a working Supervisor position. This position is responsible for completing projects, jobs and duties, for various accounts, that may require to be completed at various days, times and shifts.

These are a partial list of duties that may be required of this position:

• Post construction clean-ups
• Pressure washing
• Window cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Floor scrubbing and buffing
• Delivery and Pick-up of Equipment and materials as needed
• Warehouse work
• Various special cleaning assignments for existing and new accounts
• Work with Superintendents at job sites to insure work is completed and signed off on
• Assists in new bids for post construction clean-ups or one time jobs or assignments
• Availability to come in during any emergency situations
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and how to operate correctly to help train techs, as and if needed
• Ability to work with others to complete assignments and sometimes oversee a crew of workers, during deep cleans or post construction cleaning, if needed
• Assist Area Managers and/or the Operations Team, on new job rollouts, or special events or projects.
• Travel to locations to help others or work individually, within Florida, Georgia territory, to complete assigned tasks and duties
• Walkthrough and meetings for new bids as needed
• Work hand in hand with our Sales Team, Operations Team, for ongoing or start-up Accounts

* Must be able to pass a level 2 background check

* Must have a Drivers License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $750.00 - $800.00 per week
