Seeking an organized, timely, and thorough administrative assistant for rapidly growing company. This person must be responsive and work well independently, while maintaining daily contact with Regional Managers and Operators. We are looking for someone who is excellent in multitasking and task prioritizing, proficient in handling confidential matters, and who has excellent written, verbal, and digital communication.
POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This is a full time position. Hors may vary depending on projects assigned.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and staff.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, mailing, etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone & email
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Ex: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Strong background with CRM systems.
- Organizing and coordinating business activities and plans.
- Fluent in English and in Spanish.
