Southern Coast Logistics a FedEx Contractor is hiring an Administrative and Dispatch Assistant remotely Fort Mill, SC.

About this role:
· Assist in the supervision and oversight of team members and business operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows
· Compile and maintain operations and personnel records, such as time and production records
· Investigate accidents or injuries and prepare detailed reports of findings
· Perform clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, record management, and customer service support
· Monitor package handling processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments
· Tend to damaged or incorrectly addressed packages to optimize delivery times
· Support operational processes such as product reception and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations
· Respond to inquiries from employees or managers regarding operational procedures or issues.
Qualifications:
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant software tools.
· Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and customers.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $17 per hour
Hours: Mon- Friday 9:00 to 5:00
** This is a remote job based out of SC, candidate must be willing to travel to Fort Mill or Ladson SC if ever needed.
