I’m hiring a Door to Door Appointment Setter Team Leader.

and people with the following experience/attributes:

-Experience (yourself) in D2D sales of pest control, alarms, solar, or internet

-Ability to devote full-time to this position - we do not have a part-time option for this job

-Successfully getting a D2D team to the work area each day and working a full day

-Experience in leading and motivating team(s) of D2D appointment setters or salespeople, including setting and achieving production goals

-Ability and willingness to provide feedback and discipline to individual team members as required when expectations are not being met

-Ability (with training from Ready) to assist with running roof inspections yourself, when needed
