Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator

The Supply Chain and Logistics Co-Ordinator is responsible for a variety of tasks. Meeting customer requirements, ensuring inventory is accurate along with ensuring adequate resources are applied to transportation of incoming and outgoing materials.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Ensuring that company safety standards and goals are met. Respond to customer orders, issues and concerns

· Ensuring that customer orders are provided on time and communication with the customer is accurate and timely.

· Responsible for Customer Inventory Management System, posting customer movements in Excel/IMS and other internal systems.

· Support customer management process including daily communication and trouble shooting. Respond to Customer emergency situations as needed.

· Track customer production schedules ensuring critical storage and delivery needs are met.

· Ensure that adequate logistics resources are assigned to inbound customer requirements and shuttle operations.

· Work with SCS Transport Supervisor to ensure that customer requirements are being met for transport operations.

· Support SCS operations team to provide and receive information, respond to and provide appropriate support and communication as required

· Work with the operational team on potential complaints, actions taken and changes needed.

· Maintain and update customer scorecards and communicate any new changes that have been implemented/suggested to the SCS team.

· Follow up on customer inbound/outbound calls/inquiries

· Construct data reports and present to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
