We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to fill the position of Community Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community-based programs that promote positive youth development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community-based programs that promote positive youth development.
- Build partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders.
- Recruit and engage youth participants in program activities.
- Provide supervision and support to youth participants.
- Collect and analyze data regarding program outcomes and participant experiences.
Requirements:
- Experience working with middle school and/or high school age youth in various environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
