Job Summary:

To support the operation of the business by assisting the Treasury and General Accounting departments by assisting in various general accounting functions and forecasting cash inflows and outflows in coordination with Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems and Comptroller. Assist in ensuring a weekly cash positive position and necessary debt funding requests in coordination with the Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills):

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study• 2 - 4 years of related experience, including Treasury functions

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems in preparing ad hoc cash management reports as needed• Review the cash management process in assistance with the Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems and the Financial Services Controller including: deposits, determining availability of cash on a weekly basis for payroll and accounts payable, debt funding/repayment requirements with parent company, and tax payments to various jurisdictions as it relates to the Treasury function• Monitor domestic and international cash management operations and account balances to assist in determining appropriate course of action needed.• Monitor domestic and international day to day cash management for cash planning.• Assist Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems and Financial Services Controller daily to ensure positive cash position and communicate debt funding needs to management.• Assist Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems with making capital borrowing decisions.• Assist Senior Manager of Treasury and Systems with quarterly, semi-annual and annual cash forecasts.• Prepare routine and non-routine monthly journal entries and accruals.• Prepare various account reconciliations monthly.• Other general accounting and analysis, as required.• Assist with special projects and yearly audits as assigned.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.• For the most part, the work environment includes ambient room temperatures, well-lit work areas and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.
