JOB SUMMARY
Provide day-to-day Leadership Support, Strategy Implementation, and Business Unit / Project Support for the Resource Management team to ensure that positive operational and organizational goals are achieved.
This is achieved by strengthening the internal business processes, providing timely data and information to support business decisions, effectively supporting growth initiatives and process improvements, while providing individualized support for the various business lines.
This includes direct support of the Resource Management organization through training, coaching, and engaging in various aspects of planning, scheduling, and dispatching operations.
The successful candidate will provide Strategic Reporting and Analysis, act as Advisor to the Leadership Team, track Business Unit Compliance and Oversight, provide Executive Management Presentations, provide Business Unit Organizational Support, ensure excellent Customer Service, execute the department's Strategy Plan, and Oversee / Lead Risk Mitigation activities.
The Business Analyst will also provide input and support in creating performance improvement analytics, supply and demand projections, departmental workforce planning processes, dashboards, and goals monitoring.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position will provide strategic reporting, analysis, and oversight for Regulated Business Lines in the Resource Management Organization.
- Develop presentations as needed for various projects and requests in support of Resource Management
- Facilitate leadership project and planning meetings, including presentation materials, as necessary
- Support / lead special projects and serve on committees as requested
- Collaborate with the Forecasting team to ensure resource and workload needs are inclusive of company objectives
- Test and troubleshoot system issues and new technology implementations to ensure critical functionality is available
- Coordinate onsite activities for mass outage instances to ensure an effective resource plan is in place
- Provide after-hours duty supervisor support for Resource Management
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Project Managers, Business Operations, various leadership team members, support functions, and other key stakeholders in support of the Resource Management organization
