LAND ENGINEERING TEAM LEADER - 3 TOTAL POSITIONS - 2 Survey Technician Team Leaders & 1 Survey Specialist Team Leader.
- You can be based ANYWHERE in the STATE of Georgia (GA)!
PLEASE NOTE :
These are remote positions, however, you will travel 90-100% of the time with significant time spent on job sites...Typically, arriving at the work site on Monday mornings & leaving Thursday afternoons.
You will receive a company vehicle.
JOB SUMMARY
These positions will be responsible for planning and supporting Land Engineering field survey activities. Responsibilities will include providing leadership, technical oversight, and performance management to a team of field survey technicians or field survey specialists.
This position will provide coaching to each member of the team, seeking to develop the employees' skills for current responsibilities and future opportunities. Hands-on field survey support will periodically be required for special initiatives.
