Job Title: Organizational Change Management Partner

Department: Strategic Support

Job Summary:

The Organizational Change Management Partner will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies and process changes within the Customer Experience organization. This role will focus on minimizing disruption, promoting awareness, and driving adoption of new features, functionalities, and applications. The Organizational Change Management Partner will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring a smooth transition and positive employee experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans for technology implementations and process changes within Customer Experience.
  • Conduct impact analyses, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Create and deliver effective communication strategies to promote awareness and understanding of changes.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with training teams to address and close knowledge gaps.
  • Monitor and track adoption rates, identify areas of resistance, and develop solutions to address challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

Job Requirement/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in change management, project management, and/or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices. Change management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective change management plans.
  • Ability to identify, engage, collaborate, and communicate with various levels of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with strategic projects, technology implementations, and process changes. Including development of a comprehensive strategy, connecting the dots, working through others, and applying sound business judgment to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Process oriented and strategic minded with ability to get the big picture.
  • Application knowledge including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
