What You’ll Be Doing:

• Project Management Excellence: Plan, schedule, and oversee every phase of construction, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with impeccable quality.
• Client Advocate: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and keeping them informed from groundbreaking to warranty.
• Team Leadership: Direct subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and evaluate construction methods to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Partner with design, architectural, engineering, and accounting teams to streamline operations and achieve project goals.
• Problem Solver: Handle change orders, troubleshoot challenges, and drive solutions that keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role in residential construction.
• Valid NC or SC driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• NC General Contractor Qualifier certification.
• Proficiency in construction management tools like BuilderTrend and estimating software.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and deliver outstanding results.
• Tech-savvy with a knack for learning new tools quickly.
• Commitment to client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Experience:

• Work Environment: Split between project sites and office-based tasks, with exposure to various weather conditions and construction environments.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Physical Demands: Active work involving walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, and occasionally climbing or crawling.
