This is a full-time in-person position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Job Description
Essential Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
- Maintain concrete block forms (structurally).
- Strip, clean, oil, and close forms.
- Stack blocks for the loader operator, stack in the yard if needed.
- Clean plant daily, sweep, keep area tidy and safe, and power wash as needed.
- Vibrate concrete forms with a 20lb backpack vibrator.
- Maintain a stockpile of rebar hooks or loops for blocks.
- Maintain and clean the kitchen area daily.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards work and the team.
- Follows appropriate environmental rules and regulations.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift and/or maneuver around a facility and grounds a minimum of 50 lbs throughout the workday, as required.
- Load/unload/carry materials and tools multiple times throughout the workday.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties of the job efficiently and safely.
- Must be able to work flexible hours as necessary, some Saturday work required.
